PLoS announces a new journal PLoS ONE which will start 
publication in August 2006. The journal will be 
multidisciplinary and will publish all scientifically sound 
research no matter how unimportant the results. Online 
discussions and reader ratings will give readers a sense of 
which articles are the most important.
