Seven letters published in the Lancet have publicly chided 
Elsevier for their arms exhibitions and state that they 
have no legitimate place in the portfolio of a company 
whose core business concerns are health and science. The 
authors of the letters advise Elsevier to divest of this 
business as soon as possible.
