Lund University recently launched Journal Info to help 
scholars evaluate journals where they might publish. It 
covers Open Access and non-Open Access journals and 
includes information such as: publisher, ISSN, for- or non-
profit status, and some quality and impact metrics. It 
recommends Open Access alternatives for non-Open Access 
journals and lists the journal's subscription price per 
article and per citation for the purpose of comparison.
