WHO has launched TropIKA, a new OA portal for research and 
information on tropical diseases.  TropIKA.net is a global 
knowledge management electronic portal that shares 
essential information and facilitates identification of 
priority needs and major research gaps in the field of 
infectious diseases of poverty.
